Last week I really wanted to make a card that used a technique that I have never tried before. The result was this card which uses the baby wipe technique. I applied the baby wipe technique with the Medallion and Heard from the Heart stamp set from Stampin' Up! The baby wipe technique is super easy and creates unique interest to your card.
